Welcome to GlobalEntry Appointment Finder (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Our App helps users find the earliest available Global Entry appointments at select enrollment centers. Users can pay for real-time alerts (via email or push notifications) to stay informed of appointment openings. We are not affiliated with the Global Entry program or any government agency, and we do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of any appointments displayed in the App.
3. Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Legal Capacity: By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. In-App Purchases & Refunds
- Purchases: We offer in-app purchases via Apple’s In-App Purchase system to provide appointment alerts.
- No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or by Apple’s refund policy.
- Pricing & Changes: We reserve the right to change or update the pricing for any features or subscriptions offered through the App, with or without notice.
5. User Responsibilities
- Lawful Use: You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Prohibited Activities: You will not attempt to disrupt the service, hack, misuse the App, or engage in activities that interfere with or damage the App.
- No Guarantee: You understand that appointment availability is not guaranteed. The App merely notifies you of available slots as found in public data.
- No Affiliation: We are not affiliated, endorsed by, or connected with the official Global Entry program or the U.S. government. It is your responsibility to ensure that you follow all official Global Entry or government appointment procedures.
6. Limitation of Liability
- No Warranty: The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- No Guarantee of Availability or Accuracy: We do not guarantee that our service will always be available or that appointment alerts will be 100% accurate.
- Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to missed appointments, errors, or delays in notifications.
7. Account Termination
- Termination by You: You may stop using the App at any time.
- Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or within the App). Your continued use of the App after any such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
